If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery inspection, we offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.

If customers are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions:

Items must remain in good condition, without significant damage.

All packaging, wrapping, and labels must be kept intact.

Indocharm Creations does not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

• Within 1 month of receipt, if the bag develops mold or issues with handles or hardware, we will provide repair or replacement support.
  
• If the bag has not been stored properly and mold damage occurs beyond repair, Indocharm Creations will replace the main body of the bag. Customers will cover the material replacement cost depending on the product’s value.

Our bags are 100% handcrafted by skilled Vietnamese artisans using natural materials such as water hyacinth, sedge, bamboo, and raffia. While each piece is carefully treated, due to Vietnam’s tropical and humid climate, proper care is essential to maintain durability and beauty over time.

• Store the bag in a dry, well-ventilated place with natural light.
  
• During periods of high humidity or heavy rain, dry the bag completely before storing. Keep it in a plastic bag with a moisture-absorbing packet to ensure quality.
  
• In case of mold, use a soft toothbrush or cloth with water to gently clean the surface.
  
• Avoid prolonged direct contact with water, heat, or excessive weight.
